Refund and Cancellation Policy
Marine Tech Hub follows a transparent and fair refund policy
Course Fees
All course fees are non-refundable, except under the conditions mentioned below.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The course is cancelled by Marine Tech Hub
- Duplicate payment is made due to technical error
Non-Refundable Cases
No refund shall be provided if:
- Course access has already been granted
- User fails to attend sessions
- User faces internet or device issues
- User withdraws after enrollment
- Course completion certificate is issued
Cancellation by Company
If Marine Tech Hub cancels or reschedules a course:
- Participants may opt for reschedulingor
- Receive a partial or full refund, at our discretion
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
